1. Data Collection

Our applications are designed to respect your privacy. Most of our apps (including DayZero and Zikirmatik) operate on a "Local-First" basis. This means:

• We do not collect or store any of your personal data on our servers.
• All your entries, notes, and settings are stored locally on your device.
• We do not have access to your data, and we cannot sell or share it with third parties.

2. Device Permissions

To provide core features, our apps may request the following permissions:

• Calendar: To import and sync your events locally.
• Photo Library/Camera: To allow you to personalize your experience with your own memories.
• Notifications: To send you reminders and daily briefings.

All data accessed via these permissions remains strictly on your device.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not collect your credit card information or billing details.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications do not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising SDKs. Your usage of the app is completely private.

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's security features (Face ID, Touch ID, Passcode, etc.). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

2. Standard EULA

Unless otherwise stated, our applications are subject to the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. Subscription Terms

DayZero Pro offers additional features via auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Plans Available: Monthly and Annual subscription options.
• Free Trial: New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period, if applicable).
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No Refund: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, or translate the app into other languages without our permission. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Bunyamin Apps.

5. Disclaimer

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss or missed events due to technical issues. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their countdowns are accurate.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the applications following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
